Explanation of the run: First, I tried to get red coins and 100 coins as fast as possible, so both of the stars are loaded. Thankfully, red coins + blue coins are enough for 95 coins, and there are 5 more coins on the way. I then go to where the red coin star is, and I do a pause star-input glitch to have free movement after collecting the star, allowing Mario to dive into the 100 coin star. After reentering the castle, I then collect the blue coins as fast as possible before heading for King Bob-Omb, who I lead down to the same area to have both stars in close enough proximity to collect both while still executing the pause+quit skip. Koopa, Gate, and Island are all very intuitive, with the hardest tricks (which are still very generous!) being the pause+quit skips. An interesting note to make is that, for the Gate Star, I paused on the very last frame that I could (you can tell because you hear the star animation during the pause, not after) so I was one frame away from messing up the run.
