Are emulators allowed?
Didn't want to get the PC version so I want to use Dolphin emulator. Just want to know if this is allowed.
Emulators aren't allowed for speedruns, but using it for practice can be pretty good for certain things. You only need the "battle DLC" if you are running 180 emblems.
