This is the hardest (and fastest) current known route for any%. There is also a 3 pagie route that involves getting lizard leap that I will post at some point for people who find this too difficult as leapless missiles is quite difficult. [section=Shipwreck Creek]

• Talk to Trowzer to get Tail Twirl
• Go back to boat and perform Trowzer Skip.
• (Optional) Get health extender.
• Perform Dr. Quack dialogue skip and enter Hivory Towers / World 1 Hub.

• Trigger Trowzer cutscene.
• Collect Pagie on top of Capital B statue. Save and Quit.
• Get Roll from Trowzer.
• Perform Early Waterworks to enter World 3 Hub.
• Enter Archive
• Enter World 2 Hub
• Get Glide from Trowzer.

• Go to World 1 Hub.
• Go to World 3 Hub.
• Quiz Time on way to World 4 Hub.
• Perform Flightless Elevator Door Skip
• Quiz Time

• Attempt to two cycle Capital B in first phase. Three cycle is acceptable as two cycle timing is tight.
• Roll into Capital B in second phase. Air attack him when waiting for energy to refill.
• Dodge everything during third phase. Second and fourth parts with bees during this phase you can avoid damage by rolling before his fourth slam. If confident in missile riding, take damage in acid before bees hit to attack Capital B sooner. Each part of this phase should take 1 cycle.
• Direct first three missiles into Capital B with glide.
• Perform missile manipulation to ride missile and hit Capital B for 3 missiles.
• For final missile ride missile and air attack into Capital B or hit with missile.
