About that teetering frame, I guess you mean the one just before the garbled "09" frame? That frame is definitely present in some of the 9.88s though. Maybe there are minute differences between BizHawk, Genesis Plus GX, Fusion and Console? Anyway, no biggie switching to BizHawk for this run.
