First things first, the lag in the video does not affect the time since obs catches up to amarec. Second of all, the reason why I said 4:59.024 instead of .033 is because I converted the .033 to NES framerate which converts to .024. Thanks mods!

ANYWAY, this has been a goal of mine for a while, even though I lost the 458 to a pixel. Thanks to the people that have helped me.
