A lot of the time save is just from quicker routes, getting less sunstones which were unnecessary to break, and dashing/attacking less often.

1:08 - always attack left enemy first so you don't have to travel as far after defeating them to get to the cutscene

2:46 - messed up the first attempt at this skip, but luckily it doesn't lose too much time, especially since I did the fast version of the skip without dashes or punches

3:35 - messed up my first attempt on this skip, but luckily reset and got it pretty quick after. I chose to skip the second gate since I found it a bit easier than the first and was roughly the same speed.

3:53 - if you attack from far enough away this set of enemies doesnt make it go slow motion.
