Giving a few attempts on a conquest victory. I tried Sakkra at first, but managed a slightly faster time with Silicoids.

From tonight's gaming, the election dates seem to be the biggest factor, so I'm thinking that fast turns are more important than anything else. I might need to figure out exactly how many planets I need and get only that many.
