Description
There appears to be no sound and frame drops in this recording which leads to it being pretty terrible in quality. I'll try to sort this out for the next run.
Anyway, I thought this run was pretty good overall - apart from the retry on the Toggle boss, which probably lost about 45-50 seconds. Due to this, this wasn't a PB RTA but was a PB when removing loads.

New Individual Levels timing method!
As of today. Runs that meet the video requirement threshold have to include a bit of the loading screen before entering the level. This is to accommodate for the new rule "Timing starts on the frame that the loading screen stops...." This decision was made so that runs could be more precisely timed!
