Defenitely beatable. Lost quite a bit of time on the second tale where I broke my foot off the mountain, messed up the circus parkour and fell off the sipline. I also choked hard on the ship fight at the end of the third tale. This run had insane RNG (spawned on plunder outpost both times and getting the sea chart in the first book) so that kinda made up for some of it.

I think with good RNG and improved strats someone can get under 2h, 30min pretty easily, but i doubt any lower.
