I'm currently watching a TAS involving Red and Blue completing the entire Pokedex between those two games alone. I'm just wondering if it's possible to speedrun all six games with a complete Pokedex being the primary objective. The only rule is that aside from a single Trainer-Fly to acquire Mew, glitches cannot be used.

Though I reckon this is only doable via the 3DS Virtual Console releases or some sort of Crystal Rom Hack that restores the Celebi event from the VC release, without tinkering anything else. Thinking about routing the entire 1st and 2nd generation in order to complete the Pokedex in both games simultaneously.
