First half is missing audio, played on epsxe 1.9, only my 3rd run, cant improve much more, 47 maybe possible, done for now

Edit by cyberdemon: I added 35 seconds to the final time to make it consistent with other runs, timing begins on the menu selection since skipping cutscenes at the beginning takes inputs and should be timed.
