So is there any real reason the japanese version is used? The jp version that much faster? Also is getting a copy of the jp version of the game worth it or is an english version of the game good enough?
The reason a lot of top times are in JP is because JP saves around 30 seconds over English. I personally don't think it's worth getting JP unless you're going for WR, if you have English I would recommend using that.
cool thanks, nah not really going for any WRs if the english works just fine then ill run with that thanks for the info. If i ever wanna go for WR then maybe ill change but probably gonna run JJ% cause it looks the run and not too long, atleast for a 100% run

About a month ago, sh2_luck released a patch for the Original PS2 Versions of Kingdom Hearts 1 that allowed for cutscenes to be skipped. Final Mix PS2 support was not included in the previously released patch version, but as of this release version Final Mix PS2 is now supported!
