Did you ever play a game and remember something way more fun and balanced. This is that game for me right now. Ralfs crouching Fierce and Standing round house have such good hitboxes and recovery, that its a decent strategy.

It doesnt help that the setting is "any" difficulty so I can't show off combos, and using Joe or other strikers will lose me time.

I played this on VBA-M 1.8 emulator, I also own this game... to verify everything. This was done live on DBcade Twitch in July 2019. Using a PS4 Standard controller for the run.

Also on a side note the previous accepted run for this was a cell phone emulation... just pointing out.
