Kabuki Ittouryoudan is probably one of the better fighters for the pc engine. Even though Manto X, Kubiki, and Kikugoro seemed to be a better characters, it seems like Jingoro is faster.

Jingoro's bomb seems to exchange with the enemy in the first few frames, it also sets up for some interesting traps. His super attack is a grab that does tremendous damage. He also has some decent range pokes to zone with for safety in the speedrun.
