Not a whole lot of time loss which is to be expected considering it's a Schmup. I shot as little as possible, which before I practiced Stage 4 boss (start of video) was only two shots throughout the entirety of the game. But while practicing Stage 4 boss I noticed it's a tiny bit faster to shoot. My only time loss for my route was on Stage 4 boss, I got a little scared and played it super safe and lost a bit of time because of it.
