I have no words for this run. Only 13 attempts with 3 runs to world 8, and I clutched it out the first run out of 8-1! I grinded a ton of late game to get this, but the last thing I expected was to get this first session ever going for it, especially knowing I needed a ton of work with world 1. This was my last 2021 goal that I needed to complete, and I am honored to say that I have now completed ALL 9 of my 2021 goals! I will be taking a break from this category now, but there is a good possibility I may return to it in the future. Huge thanks to everyone who kept me motivated and determined that I could get this WR!

Just wanted to announce a new change to timing methods for both 11x categories. The new timing standards are as follows:
- Timing starts from power-on/reset (or game select if you're using one of the combo cartridges).
- Timing ends on grabbing the axe on the 11th run.
