Description
This is at least 10:59. If it says 11:00 its because a lot of frames were dropped and it is desynced. (Done on NES, and this run was faster than 11:04 PB on some parts, and since I lost 3-4 secs on PS2 framerate, this just has to be sub 11).

11x Categories - New Timing Method

Just wanted to announce a new change to timing methods for both 11x categories. The new timing standards are as follows:
- Timing starts from power-on/reset (or game select if you're using one of the combo cartridges).
- Timing ends on grabbing the axe on the 11th run.
