MODNOTE: I appreciate you making the effort to show your inputs and the bindings, I'll consider this sufficient to verify. However, for future runs, you need to display the FPS for the duration of the run. I know it's in an awkward spot in bizhawk, so it's probably best to capture that part of the window separately and add it to your overlay somewhere. Just because you don't see it on other runs doesn't mean it isn't a part of the rules.
