I had trouble picking up item (at campbell for instance) so i tried to change the interval setting of the macro. My test bear the following results : at interval 3 you can do the sewer jump easily but you can't pick up item ; at interval 10 you can pick up item easily but you can't do the sewer jump anymore. The middle ground is at 5 but it still doesn't really work for picking up item. So i decided to use two instances of Dish2Macro, one for jumping at interval 3 and one for picking up item at interval 10. Is it authorized?
