Some of the events are able to be played all the way through AND without crashing, I propose that we add these to the available categorys
i'd also like to bring up that there isn't a co-op classic mode option for some reason, but co-op target test exists. should we callow co-op target test stuff?
i remember the event with pit having to destroy the platforms in skyworld, for example, not being finish-able. and if not all events are properly functioning, what would you suggest calling the category? just event mode and have in the ruleset the list of events that can't be finished? i just have a problem with adding the category if you can't finish all events, a similar case with all stars.
if possible, please put either in this thread or dm me in discord (i'm in the brawl minus group discord, and my profile has it too) the list of doable events. if all the events are doable, also let me know and under what conditions to do them, though from the post, it is implied that all are not possible. i know project m has a file it uses to complete event mode, and maybe we can come up with one too.
as for co-op target test, yes, i'll try and add that. it'll probably just be another category under the level leaderboards. EDIT: i've added it as a miscellaneous category for now, i don't know if theres a way to put in under the level leaderboards and let 2 people submit the run.
vanity id say no to ALL events, but like there are individual target tests, we could run the working events individually. (please i just want to submit my event 3 time somewhere)
I don't know if this is the place to ask, but can Homerun Contests be a new category? That is usually my preferred Single Player mode of choice.

Does anybody know if there are any codes that allow you to unlock all the events. If so, we could use those codes and unlock all the events (because event 4 is impossible and without beating it you can't unlock the other ones) and then just make a 'all possible events' category. Just an idea, but I guess it'd be better then nothing
Woutt i was just suggesting individual event speedruns because i ran event 3 and got it down to frame perfect
A full list of events that either can not be completed, or are timed events. (in 4.1) 2. You get 1 minute to kill stuff 4. can only break one tile, making it impossible to finish 6. map is changed, no more flag pole 14. Sprouting flower pikmin takes the same amount of time each time 16. ZSS's final smash no longer gives her a power suit 17. You can not climb rumble falls 23. Even though you can dodge the lava, there is no capsule 28. RIP hanenbow These are all the "bad" events that are either timed or dont function. if we were to add events, dont add these. (also yeah, event 5 works, but you are stuck as squirte and your opponent as charizard)
