Celeste Mode Proof Requirement Update

Prior to this update, the proof requirements for Celeste Mode were the same as the requirements for the main Portal 2 boards, being all top 200 runs needed demos. We have decided to lighten these restrictions to only top 10 runs needing demo proof, while video proof is still fine outside of the top
