The route is based on this run youtu.be/S-keXT5vn9g by some japanese runner [this video keeps being removed by youtube and reuploaded on different channels, I usually find a new one by typing the name of the game in Japanese]. Only new thing I found (from horror.dreamdawn.com/?p=96300) is that you need to talk with Leno at the very beginning of Mesh which skips a visit to an extra room later.

Done on ePSXe 1.9 (a bad choice probably due to its limited accuracy but I'm not motivated enough to replay it in recent time with a more accurate emulator)
