Guide: First rename your base fallout 4 to something other than fallout 4 in steamapps/common, or just delete that fallout 4 folder. Then the First file (The one title partial patch) just get extracted into steamapps/common and renamed to fallout 4. The second one gets put into the data folder of the first (it's just voices/textures/etc.)
