And with this, my grind is over. This had only very minor timeloss and no bad RNG.
Hulao: successfully did the new retreat path strategy
Chang'an: skipped both the Lu Bu/Dong Zhuo and Lu Bu/Diaochan dialogues
Dingtao: lost 2 seconds to not instakilling the last 3 officers
Xiapi 1: managed to get early bridge, but dashing and rage management were slightly sloppy
Shouchun: no insta Yuan Shu kill
Xiaopei: catapult gate felt really slow, but the main camp gate strategy seems to be consistent -- I kill the ballista and unit commander and the gate remains open (I also used my rage far too late)
Xiapi 2: no insta Cao Cao kill

The missing 54 stages from the two 'NEW STAGE' DLC have been added for a grand total of 305 stages, of which 84 are DLC.
Bonus fact: The Battle of Liang Province has both an original and DLC version. Amazing!
