The video is a full session recording for the sake of proof and because my laptop wouldn't let me trim the recording for some reason. The run starts at 1:03:50 and I believe all of my breaks are from 1:31:10 to 1:32:51, 3:22:51 to 3:34:02, and 6:28:22 to 6:30:02. Anyway for my actual thoughts on my run: I'm happy with my time despite the medicore middle section of the run. This run can be improved and I could potentially get a sub 6 if I put in the time, but this category is not fun to run for long periods of time, so I probably won't run this again unless this run is beaten by somebody else.
