Well... there we go. It's been done. I am Holidays 08 Grand Master world record holder again. Merry Christmas! (for once, the timing of me running this pack is actually relevant)

Came home from work and watched Pnaha attempting this awful Grand Master for Poetry's Holiday Blitz. He was struggling to get a run going. I'd also watched other top runner's struggling with the run the past days. Felt like it was my time to return to hell. It took hours of grinding offline. Dead run after dead run, over and over and over. Had 1 run a few runs before this one that did everything pretty decent until I completely threw the run on the "350k points with 7 balls" challenge from just taking a stupid risk. I continued that run and used those splits to compare against as it had more balanced, lax times. With this run, I was obviously playing fast but I was making sure to be safe when needed. I could push some things lower like the Any% portion or "1.333 million" challenge or the "1 million, 5 levels" challenge. I even had a loss on the Marina master duel. But, I still managed to push the world record down by a minute and a half with a very solid run. I didn't think I'd ever be able to beat Poetry's time. Now it's been done.

This gets me a multiplier for winning in Poetry's Holiday Blitz, with an interesting circumstance now that I also have the Hollow Knight GM record so I have 2 out of 3 special world records tied to multipliers. If I hold on to these until the end of the month, that's wild.
